Its principal activity is dealing with business entrepreneurship, management and labour needs and private employment promotion services agency especially targeting recruitment and supply of human labour resources and personnel to various companies now tending to dwell on their core professions but outsourcing commensurate personnel to compliment them.

The company operates under renewable certificates of registration made under section 21(2) of the National Employment Promotion Services Agency Act no. 9 of 1999 and all other relevant licenses under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
