Sunlight Solution (Tanzania) Limited was incorporated on 10th January, 2017. Its principal activity is dealing with business entrepreneurship, management and labour needs and private employment promotion services agency especially targeting recruitment and supply of human labour resources and personnel to various companies now tending to dwell on their core professions but outsourcing commensurate personnel to compliment them.
The company operates under renewable certificates of registration made under section 21(2) of the National Employment Promotion Services Agency Act no. 9 of 1999 and all other relevant licenses under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Head Quarters
The Company is located at Temeke District Office, Sungwi Street Block A. Plot No. 18A Dar es Salaam. We have designed our offices with ambient, secure and sufficient parking and roomy & spacious offices suitable for every department and transactions.
We own the building and that assures permanency over time and we are situated along the road. We also have our branch offices in Tanga and other regions.
Establishment & Registration
The company was established on 2017, it is a Private Company Established under the Company Act Cap 12 of the Companies Act, Certificate Number 132498 and we always renew our licenses in tandem with all government policies and regulations.

We have met all pertinent regulatory requirements in order to establish ourselves on this line of business. With vast experience we have, we envisage to meet our clients' expectations given the directors are not novices in recruiting personnel to serve other people not only with decorum but also well versed labour regulations pursuant labour relations Acts and laws.
- We therefore believe that our core investment shall be in labor resources headed by professionals. Surprisingly, even the cost might be more or less the same with when you directly employ but the benefits are enormous.

(Group Chairman & C.E.O)The ultimate control of the company rests on the Group chairman & C.E.O of the company who oversees all the operations, Management, marketing and financial aspects of the business with his seamless teams.
Thomas is the former chairman & C.E.O of Insight consulting consortium Ltd (Labour recruitment & outsourcing agency) during which time we supplied security guards and casual laborers under sub- contract for the manpower for security and other essential services to many firms including;- Security Group (T) Ltd now SGA then guarding TICTS, Most banks, Embassies, NGO's, Mantrac Tanzania Ltd, MIC Tanzania Ltd (Now Tigo Ltd), ZanteI Towers, Oryx Oil Ltd, Eagle Africa Brokers, Bluekey Software, Care International (Mtwara), and other firms on outsourcing basis, former Executive Director of Mass Security Co. Ltd, Former Country General Manager of Chui Security Ltd, Former Chairman and Managing Director of Tripod security Solutions Ltd, Former Regional General Manager (Kenya, Uganda, & Tanzania) of ICN- Toshiba International (T) Ltd, PC World Computers and is now the current Group Chairman and C.E.O of Insight Security Ltd supplying security personnel and services country wide, owns Okoa Money Microfinance Ltd, Dotcomers Insurance Agency and Sunlight Solutions (T) Ltd amongst other ventures with a pool of well experienced staff within which as rich as it is, select and comprise a seamless team professionally qualified to run the affairs of Sunlight Solution (T) Ltd in human resource recruitment and supply & cleaning services for good performance.
Among other qualifications, Thomas S. Osaso attained his first degree in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Economics Option) from the University of Nairobi among other disciplines studied at other institutions of higher learning, thus, vast experience in various fields and is a farmer too. Given farming is a labour extensive and intensive venture has acquired vast experience in managing labour resources.
